Ordering Information

To avoid any misunderstandings, please ensure that your order includes the art number, a detailed item description, the exact quantity, the desired surface finish, and any specific marking instructions.
Any agreements or arrangements made orally or via telephone with our representatives will only be legally binding once confirmed in writing by us.

Payment Terms:

100% Advance Payment: Required for all orders less than $5,000 (or the equivalent amount in other currencies).
50% Advance, 50% Before Shipment: Applicable for orders ranging between $5,000 and $15,000.
Irrevocable Letter of Credit at Sight (L/C): Necessary for orders exceeding $15,000.

Packaging:

If no packaging specifications are provided with the order, we will package the products using our standard packaging at our discretion.

Pricing Information:

While we aim to maintain stable pricing, due to the current global economic climate, unforeseen fluctuations in raw material costs, both locally and internationally, as well as production-related factors beyond our control, all prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Warranty:

Dentura Dental Instruments guarantees that each new product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. For the original purchaser, we offer free repairs or replacements, at our discretion, for instruments deemed defective. However, the following are not covered by the warranty: improper use, use for unintended purposes, insufficient or improper maintenance, accidental damage (such as dropping), or unauthorized modifications to the instruments.

Acceptance of Goods:

Any complaints regarding the quality or quantity of goods received must be submitted in writing within 15 days of receiving the goods. If we acknowledge the complaint, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
