Warranties

At Dentura Dental Instruments, we offer warranties on most of our dental instruments. For detailed information about specific warranties and their time frames, please refer to the relevant product page. If you have any questions regarding our warranty policies, feel free to contact our technical service team. We are here to assist you.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Some Dentura products come with specific warranty terms, which are listed below the “Limitations on All Warranties” section. For all other Dentura instruments, we offer a warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for the expected life of the product. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any instrument that fails due to such defects. Our warranty guarantees protection against breakage, joint failure, and corrosion under normal use.

"Expected life" refers to the lifespan of the product under standard usage conditions, which may vary depending on the type of instrument. If you have any questions about the expected life of a specific product, please contact our Customer Care team at info@dentura.pk.

Please Note:

  • Instruments that show normal wear and tear are not considered defective and are not covered under warranty.
  • Routine maintenance, such as sharpening or repairing minor tip damage, is not covered by the warranty.
  • Modifying, retipping, or failing to properly care for the instrument, including inadequate cleaning and maintenance, may void the warranty.
  • Warning: Resin or silicone handles should not be exposed to solutions containing phenols, glutaraldehydes, iodophors, or subjected to dry heat or chemical vapor sterilization. Always follow the manufacturer's cleaning recommendations.

Limitations on All Warranties

Dentura disclaims liability and is not responsible for the performance or replacement of any product that has been misused, tampered with, modified, retipped, or refitted in any way, or is beyond its expected life. We also disclaim liability for damages resulting from:

  1. The use of commercial or residential-grade washers.
  2. The use of dental automated washer-disinfectors where manufacturer processing guidelines are not followed.
  3. The use of cleaning solutions, chemicals, or procedures contrary to Dentura’s recommendations.
  4. Improper setup or installation of any product.
  5. Failure to follow Dentura’s validated instrument reprocessing instructions.

The express warranties stated here are exclusive and replace any other warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other warranty, express or implied, except those concerning title and infringement. Damages resulting from breach of these warranties are limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the product, at Dentura’s sole discretion. Any incidental or consequential damages arising from a breach of warranty are excluded.
